Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss service. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Snaith is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Snaith, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide weight management consultations and prescription medicines to eligible patients in accordance with UK law and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription request if we determine it is not clinically appropriate. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in termination of your access to our services.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to clinical review by a registered pharmacist or prescriber. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.
Our prescribers retain full clinical discretion and may decline, amend, or request further information before issuing any prescription. Completion of an online consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescribed medicines are intended solely for the use of the named patient and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken prior to clinical review. If a prescription is not issued following assessment, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
We do not store full card details on our systems. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. You must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or that a safe delivery instruction has been provided. We cannot accept responsibility for medicines that are lost or damaged following an attempted delivery to an unattended address.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been reviewed and approved by contacting us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept the return of prescription medicines under consumer rights legislation. This is to ensure patient safety and in compliance with medicines regulations.
If your order has not been dispatched, cancellation may still be possible. Please contact us promptly at the details provided on our website.
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. You should always inform your GP or primary healthcare provider of any medicines you are prescribed through our service.
If you experience any side effects or adverse reactions to your medication, you should seek medical attention immediately and report the reaction to the MHRA via the Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
We do not accept liability for any harm arising from the misuse of prescribed medicines or failure to follow the instructions provided with your medication.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
